All bookings are automated and made with a Web based Bookings System. To book please review the method below:
- Bookings system - CLICK HERE TO CHECK AVAILABILITY, PRICES AND TO MAKE A RESERVATION - Select a holiday period between April to October 2012 and the price will be provided. All prices shown, including invoices, will be in GB Pounds (£).
- A Provisional Booking will be made and an invoice will be generated which will contain an automatic link to the Credit Card system. (If there is a repeat problem with the Credit Card Payments system please contact the owner, otherwise the Reservation system may cancel the Provisional booking). Upon acceptance of the Credit Card, you will be advised that the reservation is completed.
- Deposit - You will be charged a 30% deposit for the first invoice. (If a booking is less than 6 weeks before your holiday then the whole amount is charged). A final invoice will be sent 6 weeks before you travel.
- Damage Deposit - £250 will be added to the final invoice and which will be refunded within a maximum of 2weeks of departure, subject to there being no damages.
- Booking period - Minimum of 7 days in summer and 5 days in low season, and Maximum of 1 month. There is a 15% reduction for 3 weeks and 20% for 4 weeks.
- Payment - When you are in the Booking System please prepare to pay preferably with a Bank Debit or otherwise with a Credit Card as listed below and for which there is NO charge.
- Payment - Non UK Bank cards - The rate of exchange from GBP Sterling to your currency can be viewed in the little drop down box on the bookings page or look at the rates on www.xe.com
- Services:
- Included - Cleaning, Bed Linen and Towels will be provided at the beginning and end of week plus a maid service at middle of week.
- Included - No charge is made for debit or credit cards and the exchange rate is excellent as the owner has a merchant account.
- Free - Wi-fi is available with a short limitation of 2 weeks at end of May.
- Available - An airport or port Taxi service is optional and provided by the local manageress. Further details will be provided in the guest information pack.
