DETACHED HOUSE: located at the front of a small private gated apartment complex. It has been designed externally in strict Mykonian style and internally with modern fixtures and fittings. There is a large terrace with Pergola at the rear of the house with a direct view of the pool.

EXTERIOR: All Mykonian blue colours painted on windows, shutters and ceiling. All windows have shutters and most contain a mosquito pull down screen panel if required.

Terraces: There are 3 ground floor external Terraces with Pergolas totalling 80 m²:

1) A Breakfast terrace Pergola - At the back of the house is a large terrace facing East towards the pool. A large Pergola has protective sun protective canvas with climbing Bougainvillea . The view is to the pool. There are two loungers and a large oak table.

2) A Dinner terrace - At the front is a large terrace with Mykonian seating and Pergola with sun protective canvas. (Note the front terrace pergola is new for 2011 and not yet shown in the photo.

3) A Cocktail terrace Pergola - watch the sun go down - By the front door is a small terrace overlooking open fields and hillsides to the West  and has a small table and chairs.

Position to beach: Ornos Beach is a distance of 1 minute walk or 115 metres along the road at the front of the house.

INTERIOR: The living room is open plan with steps to a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped with quality kitchen appliances and cupboard units.
There are two bedrooms; the Master bedroom is independent with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom is built on an open plan Mezzanine over looking the living room.
Two bathrooms are equipped in modern style.

BEDS - Sleeping arrangements consist of:

• A double king size bed in the bedroom with en-suite.
• Two single beds on the mezzanine, this has one open sided wall.
• A bed settee in the Living Room which converts to a trundle bed (2xtwin).

ACCESSIBILITY:

The bedroom and living room are easily accessed through external doors at ground/terrace level. The kitchen and main bathroom are lower than the rest of the apartment as there are three steps. The second bedroom is on a mezzanine floor. Please note that the mezzanine is unsuitable for children under 5 years of age.

Complementary: This is a self catering apartment but some complementary things will be included such as Tea bags (English), toilet rolls, bin bags and dishwasher tablets. There are also battery and wax candles to create a relaxed outdoors atmosphere. Bed linen and towels as provided by the cleaner and specified in your booking.
